THREAD JACKET

Created from years of accumulated scrap thread, the Thread Jacket transforms the remnants of past projects into a new wearable artwork. Layers of multicolored thread are intuitively arranged and stitched over reclaimed black denim, creating a remarkably soft, tactile surface, while the interior is finished with a patchwork lining made entirely from coordinating fabric scraps from the studio.

A playful couture statement piece transforming an everyday icon into wearable art. Embroidery, exaggerated scale, and sculptural construction turn the familiar form of a rectangular pepperoni pizza into an unexpected, one-of-a-kind accessory.
PINK PATCHWORK DENIM WITCH HAT

A sculptural, reversible patchwork denim hat inspired by Glinda the Good Witch of the North from The Wizard of Oz. Pink patchwork denim creates the fantastical exterior, while the reverse reveals a contrasting white denim side—transforming the iconic witch silhouette into a playful, theatrical piece of wearable art.

U.S. NAVY NAME PATCH VEST

Constructed from a collection of embroidered U.S. Navy name patches, this one-of-a-kind vest brings individual identities together into a single patchwork surface. Repetition, typography, and material history transform these once-functional objects into a new piece of wearable art.
PATCHWORK DENIM OVERCOAT VEST

Constructed from contrasting pieces of reclaimed denim, this elongated patchwork vest reimagines familiar workwear materials through an exaggerated overcoat silhouette. Vintage parachute clasps are repurposed as closures, while variations in color, texture, and wear create a layered surface that transforms utilitarian materials into a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art.
PATCHWORK CANVAS JACKET

Created from every remaining scrap of canvas in the studio, this jacket explores multiple patchwork techniques across individually constructed panels. As each panel was completed, its remaining scraps were worked into the next, creating an evolving surface of raw texture, black accent stitching, and unexpected pattern—part of an ongoing project to exhaust existing materials through clothing.
OAXACAN-STYLE DENIM T-SHIRT

Cut from denim in a relaxed, wide-neck silhouette inspired by traditional Oaxacan garments, this one-of-a-kind T-shirt combines structured workwear fabric with colorful textile patches sourced in Oaxaca. The contrast between the simple shape, raw denim, and decorative details transforms an everyday T-shirt into a distinctive piece of wearable art.
MICRO DOT LEATHER JACKET

A leather jacket transformed through an intricate field of hand-painted dots in 19 different colors, turning the garment itself into a canvas. Layers of color, repetition, and mark-making move across the leather, bringing painting and fashion together in a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art.
PATCHWORK DENIM CORSET
One-of-one · 2024
Constructed entirely from denim scraps in contrasting colors, this corset brings together raw patchwork, blue and green stitching, stainless-steel grommets, and neon-green lacing. Created as Addison Stonestreet’s first patchwork denim piece and first corset, the work embraces chaos and imperfection, building the garment piece by piece into a one-of-a-kind sculptural form.
THE BARBER JACKET

Created for barber and My Cuts Travel founder Tahki Bannister, this one-of-a-kind jacket transforms reclaimed denim through patchwork, painting, and embroidery. An embroidered electric trimmer extends into a real macrame cord that travels across the garment, spelling out My Cuts Travel before connecting to an embroidered outlet, while quarters are repurposed as buttons—turning the story of its wearer into a functional piece of wearable art.
REVERSIBLE PATCHWORK DENIM KIMONO
One-of-one · 2022
Created as an exercise in using existing materials without waste, this reversible kimono brings together patch-worked denim from the studio with a contrasting interior constructed from a vintage red, white, and blue striped bedsheet and leftover printed fabric. Designed to be worn completely inside out, the piece transforms between two distinct compositions—two garments constructed as one.
