The Octopus Painting Jacket is a one-of-one wearable artwork transformed from an original painting created during Addison Stonestreet’s college years. The bold aquatic composition was cut and reconstructed into a structured jacket, giving the previously exhibited canvas an entirely new life.
The exterior is made from heavyweight 12-ounce primed canvas with reinforced seams and topstitching. As the jacket is worn, the painted surface will naturally soften and develop cracking, allowing movement and time to become part of the artwork.
